Welcome to the Brădet dairy website. By using this site you accept the conditions below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it.

1. Who runs this site

This site is owned and run by S.C. BRĂDET S.R.L., with its registered office at 14 Bogdan Petriceicu Hașdeu Street, Pitești, Argeș County, Romania, entered in the Trade Register under no. J03/400/2001, VAT number RO14062704, telephone +40 730 272 338. Full contact details are on the Contact page.

2. What this site is

This is a presentation site. It shows you who we are, how we make our products and where you can find them. We sell nothing online: you cannot place orders, we never ask for card details and we process no payments through this site. Our products are bought from partner shops.

For wholesale orders or commercial partnerships you can reach us by telephone or email; terms are then agreed separately, by contract.

3. Product information

We take care that the product information published here — ingredients, nutritional values, weights, images — is accurate and up to date. Even so, recipes and packaging can change, and the images are illustrative.

The information that prevails is always the one on the label of the product you buy. If you have allergies or food intolerances, please read the label on the packaging before eating, and ask us if you need to.

Availability in partner shops can change without notice; the list of shops on this site is indicative only.

4. Copyright and trade marks

All the content of this site — text, photographs, video, illustrations, logos, product names and packaging, the structure and design of the pages — belongs to S.C. Brădet S.R.L. or is used by us under legal right. The “Brădet” mark and our other distinctive signs are protected.

You may read, print or save the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may link to our pages. You may not, without our written consent, copy, republish, distribute, alter or commercially exploit the content, nor harvest it automatically with bots or scrapers.

5. How you may use this site

Please use the site in good faith. You may not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the administration area, to the servers or to other people's data;
• disrupt the working of the site through overloading, attacks or automated programs;
• harvest data from the site automatically, including email addresses, for commercial or spam purposes;
• submit unlawful or offensive content, or false data, through the site's forms;
• impersonate another person or enter campaigns using someone else's details.

We reserve the right to restrict access for anyone who breaks these rules and to notify the authorities where appropriate.

6. Promotional campaigns

From time to time we run prize campaigns you can enter through a form published on the site. Each campaign has its own rules, setting out who may take part, over what period, what prizes are given and how the winners are chosen.

Where this page and a campaign's rules disagree, the campaign rules prevail on matters concerning that campaign. By entering, you confirm that you have read the rules and that the details you give are true.

7. Links to other sites

This site contains links to pages that are not ours, such as our Facebook and Instagram profiles or Google Maps. We do not control the content, privacy policies or practices of those sites and we are not responsible for them. When you follow such a link, that site's terms apply.

8. Availability of the site and limitation of liability

We do everything in our power to keep the site available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in this document removes our legal responsibility for the safety and quality of the products we make, for consumer rights, or for any other rights that cannot be limited by contract.

9. Protection of personal data

How we process personal data is explained at length in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: the site uses no tracking cookies and builds no visitor profiles — the only cookies are technical ones, needed to make the product pages and the language choice work — and the data you send us through campaign forms is used only for that campaign.

10. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you are unhappy about our products or our site, please come to us first — we answer every message and try to settle matters amicably.

You may also approach the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro). These terms are governed by Romanian law, and any dispute not settled amicably falls to the courts having jurisdiction over our registered office, as provided by law.

We may change this document when the way the site works, or the applicable law, changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top. We encourage you to re-read it from time to time.
